Take a moment to slow down and reconnect during this calming Mindful Morning at USO Humphreys – Sentry Village. This session is designed to provide a peaceful space to step away from daily stressors and focus on your overall well-being.

Led by a licensed social worker, guests can expect a gentle, guided experience that may include simple breathing exercises, light mindfulness practices, quiet reflection, and tools to help promote calm and clarity. Activities will be accessible to all experience levels and may vary to meet the needs of the group.

Whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or simply looking for a chance to reset, this Mindful Morning offers a welcoming environment to pause, breathe, and care for yourself.
