Start the new year with purpose, clarity, and calm. Join us for a Mindful Morning focused on reconnecting with yourself, reflecting on the year behind you, and setting meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

Led by a licensed social worker, this session will include gentle mindfulness activities, simple breathing exercises, and guided reflection designed to reduce stress and help you reset mentally and emotionally. Guests will also have time to reflect, set personal goals, and focus on what they want to carry forward into the new year.

Whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or looking for a thoughtful way to begin the year, this session offers a peaceful space to pause, refocus, and move forward with intention.
